Q / How does it work?
​
Getting a franchise business means running a tried and tested business model that generates revenue. You will operate your own business using our company name in your selected location. We will basically spoon feed you with everything you need until you get your first client.

Q / How do I start?
​
After registering your interest, we will schedule and invite you for an in-person interview or a zoom call (if you are outside the UK). We want to get to know you and understand if we are able to meet your goals and if you are the right fit to become our partner franchisee.

Q / What if I do not have any experience in healthcare or running a domiciliary care business?
​
Most of our existing partners do not have experience in healthcare or running a healthcare business. However, we are confident that we will be able to provide you the right knowledge and understanding in running your own franchise buy getting you through our rigorous training. We will provide complete immersion on how to go through your day to day tasks so that you can gain an insight on how existing partners become successful franchisees.

Q / How much is the investment needed for the franchise?
​
The investment cost differs on the package you want to avail. However, an initial investment of £15,000.00 is required for all qualified applicants to start the process of putting up a company on your behalf.

Q / Do I need to pay everything in one go? What are your payment plans?
​
No, you don't need to pay everything in one go. We go by milestone payments. An initial investment of £15,000.00 is required however to start the legal process of putting up the franchise under your name.

Q / What does my investment cover?
​
Your investment covers setting up your company with Companies House, registering with the CQC or any other relevant accreditation body, training you to pass your CQC interview to become a registered manager, assistance in opening your business bank account, your website and marketing materials, setting up your IT Systems, uniforms and supply of PPEs, HMRC and Payroll support, company policies and procedures, etc. We strive to make sure that we provide you a business that is ready to run so you can focus on the things that really matters.
Q / For how long will I be able to operate with my franchise license?

The initial franchise contract will last for 5 years. By the start of the 5th year, you will have the option to buy out the business or continue your license for another 5 years.

Q / Are there any other fees that I need to be aware of?
​
Besides the franchise fee that you need to pay to us, you need to be aware that running your business involves operational costs. You will have to be equipped with enough funds to pay for your office rent, employee salary, mileage costs, etc. We recommend having at least £30,000 - £40,000 in savings to run and operate your business in the next 6 months after your CQC license registration is approved.

Q / Can I select the location where I can put up my franchise?
​
Absolutely! However, we do have some regulations in place as to how many franchisees can operate within a certain area and we make sure that each franchisees would have at least a 10-20 mile radius of operating area. If in case you need help in determining which location would best suit you, we can definitely suggest to you locations that have high demand of care in the UK.

Q / Will you help me recruit carers?
​
Of course. In fact, we require that the first 10 carers you employ will come from us. The first 10 carers will be onboarded and trained by us. This ensures the quality and skills of the carers we employ across all franchisees.

Q / Will you be helping me in securing service users/clients?
​
100%. We will do marketing for your services within your location so you can start attracting clients. We will also provide you access to different online systems where you can get your clients. We will be with you all the way until you get your first client!

Q / Will you be training me to run the business?
​
Your success is our success. Literally. We will make sure that you get the right support and training for you to successfully run the business. Continuous support and training will be provided all throughout the 5 years that you are with us. We will also be conducting regular visits with you to make sure that you are getting the help that you need.
